• YOUR HOMEWORK: Dream and imagine what your final website for the class will be (new/free-standing, skeletal beginnings of a professional site, addition to existing site)

II. Gathering Up Ourselves

• What are some positive family traditions that you would like to return to or to begin now (or in the near future)?  What unhealthy traditions will you change or let go of altogether?
•  Think of one thing that you need right now. Write out how you might communicate that need to a particular person (or more than one person if necessary). Then write out what you imagine that person’s response will be.
• Think of a real or an imaginary place where you feel safe and at peace. Create that place in your mind and write a detailed description of it using all your senses—what you see in this place, but also what you hear, smell, taste and feel through tactile contact. ​

• ​​Is there something that you are experiencing right now that won’t seem to go away? What is it? Why does it haunt you? Does this story need an ending? Explore your story and give it an ending, magical if necessary.
• What are three things that your "best self" would do that you currently are not doing?  Describe this "best self's" actions and feelings with as much detail as possible?
• Are you exhausted with an endless TO DO list and can't even think through it?  List it all out (including non-work/ non-school tasks).  Now go back and find the one, REALISTIC thing that you might tackle over the break.  What does finishing this thing mean REALLY to you?  What feelings of peace and real completion does it offer (and if there is no peace, choose another thing)?
